We’re a restaurant in La Promenade, Kuching, that specialises in Chinese hot pot, and Japanese sukiyaki with Wagyu beef.
Soup bases are made from scratch daily to compliment fine meats, fresh vegetables, herbs and spices. Our soups take up to three hours to prepare daily, and all are made without artificial flavouring and colouring.
Adding to a wide variety of offerings are homemade dumplings, fish and prawn balls, vegetable rolls and tofu delights.
Uniquely, Shang Pot offers sukiyaki with either Blackmore Wagyu or Japanese A5-Grade Iga Wagyu.
Shang Pot serves no pork, no lard.
