Shang Pot’s kitchen is always busy, from early mornings to late evenings.

Our chef and kitchen hands spend the mornings preparing soup bases, which are all made from scratch. Soups are the core of our restaurant, and this process can take up to three hours daily. We take pride in not using any artificial flavourings or colourings.

Quality ingredients for all is our motto.

We spend considerable time preparing meats, vegetables, making an assortment of bean curd products and sauces.
